BGS GENERAL SRL, Società nata negli anni settanta, è un punto di riferimento nella tecnologia del vuoto, grazie alla qualità dei prodotti ed all'esperienza maturata.

Nel 1996 la B.G.S. SRL ha incorporato, per fusione, la Società GENERAL ENGINEERING ITALIANA SRL ("GENERAL"), specializzata nella progettazione e costruzione di impianti per ALTO VUOTO ad olio ed a secco "NEW VAC", utilizzati nelle industrie chimiche , petrolchimiche, farmaceutiche , elettromeccaniche ed altre

Nel 1999 la BGS GENERAL SRL ha rappresentato in Italia la "Tuthill Vacuum Systems Ltd." per la vendita e distribuzione in "ESCLUSIVA" delle rinomate originali pompe per vuoto " Kinney" e relativa componentistica prodotte dalla casa madre "Kinney Vacuum Division" - Canton (U.S.A.), già commercializzate e distribuite dalla suddetta GENERAL ENGINEERING ITALIANA.

Nel 2001 la BGS GENERAL SRL ha ottenuto la Certificazione ISO 9001:2000
Nel 2003 ha ottenuto la Certificazione CE0476 del Sistema di Garanzia della Qualità per le Centrali Vuoto Gas Medicali.
Nel 2003 la BGS GENERAL SRL è stata autorizzata alla rivendita e promozione dei prodotti VOKES ed in particolare degli impianti per il trattamento olio STREAM-LINE.
Nel 2004 la BGS GENERAL SRL ha ottenuto la Certificazione ATEX per i Compressori a palette.
Nel 2008 la BGS GENERAL SRL ha ottenuto la Certificazione ATEX per le pompe a vite a Secco.

BGS GENERAL SRL progetta e realizza una vasta gamma di pompe vuoto a palette e relativi accessori così articolata:

Grazie all'esperienza maturata in campo dalla "GENERAL" con i gruppi alto vuoto a SECCO "NEW VAC" , la BGS GENERAL ha potuto sviluppare e migliorare ulteriormente la tecnologia del secco.Dal 2001 vengono utilizzate pompe per alto vuoto a secco funzionanti con viti elicoidali per la realizzazione di gruppi alto vuoto a "SECCO"; questa tecnologia permette infatti di aumentare le prestazioni, l'affidabilità e diminuire i costi di gestione e di manutenzione.
Inoltre la BGS GENERAL SRL, da oltre 10 anni è centro tecnico ufficiale, per la rivendita e manutenzione dei prodotti PEDRO GIL S.A.
La rete commerciale della BGS GENERAL SRL è in grado di soddisfare ogni esigenza, sia per il mercato nazionale che per il mercato estero.
Grazie alla presenza capillare di distributori autorizzati, è possibile garantire alla clientela un servizio pre e post vendita efficiente e tempi rapidi di consegna. Per implementare il proprio servizio, dall' inizio 2010 la BGS GENERAL è in grado di fornire ricambi multimarca, per tutte le principali marche di pompe presenti sul mercato.

La BGS GENERAL SRL è in grado di garantire un tempestivo servizio di ricambistica, disponibile a magazzino, ed assistenza tecnica sia presso la propria officina , sia in loco.

and italian quality

BGS general Srl, founded in the 1970s, is a real reference for vacuum technology thanks to its high products and the experience gained in more than 30 years.

In 1996 B. G. S. srl incorporated a company called General Italian Engineering srl (" General ") specialized in designing and building of high vacuum systems, either oil lubricated systems and  dry ones " New Vac ", used in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, electromechanical and other brands.

In 1999 BGS GENERAL represented " Tuthill vacuum systems Ltd. (UK) " for the exclusive sale and distribution of renowned original “Kinney” vacuum pumps" produced by the headquarter " Kinney vacuum division " - Canton (USA) which has been represented in the past from the overmentioned General.

In 2001 BGS GENERAL obtained the ISO 9001: 2000 certification.

In 2003 obtained the CE0476 certification for the assurance system of quality for Hospital Vacuum Central Stations.

In 2003 BGS GENERAL was authorized for the resale and promotion of  Vokes products, in particular for the plant for the stream-line groups for oil treatment.

In 2004 BGS GENERAL  obtained the ATEX certification for the rotary vane Compressors.

In 2008 BGS GENERAL  obtained the ATEX certification for the dry screw vacuum pumps.

BGS GENERAL designs and manufactures a wide range of rotary vane vacuum pumps and related accessories as follows:

Thanks to the experience gained by "General" with high dry vacuum groups "New Vac" BGS GENERAL developed and improved the dry vacuum technology furthermore.

Since 2001 we install dry screw pumps on our high vacuum systems; this new technology increases the performance, reliability and reduces the costs for management and maintenance.

Furthermore BGS GENERAL is an official technical center for resale and maintenance of Pedro Gil S. A. products since more than 10 years.

The commercial network of BGS GENERAL is able to satisfy every requirement, both for the national market and for the foreign market.

Thanks to a widespread presence of authorized distributors, we can ensure to our customers an efficient pre and post sale service and a quick delivery.

From the beginning of 2010 BGS GENERAL improved its services supplying spare parts for all the main manufacturers of vacuum pumps.

BGS GENERAL offers a timely assistance thanks to a big stock of spare parts and technical assistance both at customers’ factory or at our facility.
